I bought and ORP smart horn in Bangkok several years ago. It proved it’s worth when navigating the hectic traffic of Cambodia’s capital city, Phnom Penh. Now I am back in Australia and some bastard stole it earlier today. So a new one for me and one for the wife.

I have had an Orp for the last two years and I can say unequivocally it has saved me from serious bodily harm no less than a dozen times—thank you so much for this great product!

| I got the Remorp and the Orp. So great to approach intersections with confidence today too are seen. I press down hard way before it’s too late.

NYC Pedestrians know to ignore bicycle bells but they don’t know what the Orp is and it makes them stop. Impressive.
To be clear, I spoke to this Orp owner for clarity. He told me Orp’s loud sound always does the job and Orp’s new friendly sound, while bell like, seems to just be not be the typical CitiBike (rental bike) sound so, different enough- Editor

First off, I had the most random awesome experience that I want to share with you. I totally saw an Orp bike horn save someone’s life! Car almost turned into a guy on his bike and then this giant horn noise happened and the driver swerved! It was rad.

…the Orp+remorp combo has definitely saved me from injury several times, nothing else like it on the market.

Also, I did not expect a reply from the designer! So let me say how pleased I am with your product. In fact this morning I heard another cyclist using theirs behind me and we had a nice chat at the red light about how awesome Orps are. The remote is just genius, and mine is cute as can be with its Tom Selleck ‘stache.

My ORP is charged up for its 3rd year of dark mornings in Australia. Bikes in Australia must have a bell or horn by law, so ORP’s light-and-horn combo is perfect and I rate it a 5-star product. Actually, it could be better than that: mine went through the washing machine in the back pocket of a jersey and still works fine! Like it says on the website, ORP is definitely “accident resistant” though I wouldn’t recommend my approach to cleaning. Thanks for a great product.

My last ORP was on its last leg when it went missing. I look forward to meeting my new buddy for shouting at cars.

Howdy Orp Team, I wanted to send a note! Your light rocks! It has been mounted on the bike for 4 years and still growing strong! My light is solar charged…from my off solar set up. I love how long the light stayed charged as I travel a ton and then get home… my other lights are dead but not the Orp!… Thanks so much for keeping me and all others safe! Peace!!! KEEP IT UP

The Orp has straight up saved my life. After living in both San Francisco and Portland I found myself in New York City and not being able to yell at enough cabbies, Citi bikers, and just oblivious tourists in my daily ride. I did some research online and found a few different bike horns, but most were way too large for my constant on and off the bike lifestyle. I ended up going with the Orp. While nothing can get through to some oblivious New York City drivers, the Orp sure as shit has saved my life in many other situations. Whether it was scaring a “salmon rider” on a busy one way, or letting a mob of people know that I was not going to stop just because they were jaywalking, This Thing Really Works. I found the combination of strobe light and horn one of the most effective things for night time riding. I’ll keep my headlamp on so I can shine it in any direction, but the effectiveness of the audio and visual [elements] of the Orp is unmatched.
I found myself back in Portland and with a slightly damaged Orp after almost 2 years of heavy usage. I took it down Tory at their SE shop and he had me in and out with a good as new product in less than 5 minutes. Stoked to be supporting a rad local company that is a huge reason I survived the East Coast.
Thanks Tory and the team at FUSE for making such a rad product!
